Rwamwanja Rural Foundation (RRF) is located in the Kamwenge District in Uganda.

 

Founded in 2015 inside Rwamwanja Refugee Settlement, RRF was born with a simple but powerful vision: to enable communities to feed themselves, restore their environment, and create sustainable livelihoods.

We work at the intersection of food security, climate action, and community empowerment — delivering hands-on training in permaculture, agroforestry, mushroom farming, hydroponics, and vertical gardening.

Over the years, RRF has trained thousands of individuals, transforming households from aid-dependent to self-sufficient. We believe refugees are not just beneficiaries — they are leaders, innovators, and agents of change.
