About the event
The 🍄3rd Annual African Rising Mushroom Festival 🍄 is hosted by Environmental Conservation and Agricultural Enhancement Uganda (Eco-Agric Uganda) at their Mushroom growing center three kilometers from the Hoima central market in rural Eastern Uganda. This year's theme, "Mushroom Renaissance," highlights the transformative power of mushrooms in addressing some of Africa's most pressing challenges, including food security, poverty, and environmental sustainability.
By purchasing a virtual ticket to the African Rising Mushroom Festival, you will get special access to the AMAZING INTERNATIONAL SPEAKERS presenting each day of the festival from 6am to 10am (Uganda time). They will be sharing their expertise about the amazing benefits of mushrooms and mushroom growing as well as the contributions to the growth and development of Africa's mushroom sector. 🌍
Speaker schedule is different for each day of the festival. Proceeds from tickets sales go to fund programs run by Eco-Agric Uganda.
